Le saké change avec le contenant —
et lorsque celui-ci est une véritable pièce d’artisanat japonais, l’expérience s’approfondit.
Cette expérience se déroule avec des pièces d’artisanat (fine crafts) de la collection wanova,
au sein d’un espace d’art contemporain japonais, discret et privé à Tokyo.
Certaines pièces incluent des œuvres de Trésors nationaux vivants,
offrant une occasion rare d’expérimenter un artisanat d’exception par l’usage direct.
La dégustation est guidée par Mako Yamamoto,
plus jeune finaliste du 6e concours mondial de kikizakeshi (2025),
kikizakeshi (sommelier du saké certifié).
En dégustant le même saké dans différents contenants — verre à vin, ochoko, sakazuki, et guinomi d’artistes —
vous découvrirez comment la matière et la forme influencent la perception.
Ce n’est pas une simple dégustation.
C’est une rencontre — entre le saké, l’artisanat et l’espace.

Three carefully selected sake will be served, chosen to highlight differences in aroma and flavor.
What kind of vessels are used?
For the Guided Session, we use artist-crafted vessels from kilns across Japan.
For Meet the SENSEI, the experience is elevated with museum-level pieces, including works by leading contemporary artists and Living National Treasure artists.
Where is the experience held?
The experience is held in a quiet contemporary Japanese art space in Roppongi. The exact location is shared upon booking.
Is the experience available in English?
The Guided Session is conducted in Japanese.
For Meet the SENSEI, the experience can be offered in English.
